Shipping and returns policy
We offer free shipping as well as free returns within the mainland United Kingdom if the item purchased costs £40 or more and is not on sale. For items costing less than £40 or on sale, we charge a shipping rate of £4 standard and £5 for first class.
All returns should follow our returns procedure and post the package to: Wards Group Limited, 36 Devonshire Road, Bexhill-on-sea, TN40 1BA, United Kingdom.
Outside the mainland United Kingdom, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your package to reach you may vary.
Goods purchased from us are normally returnable within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless there is a defect in the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods e.g. underwear, pierced earrings.

- Gift cards, if expired
- Take away food
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return your item with the original packing slip.
How to make a return
We offer free returns for full priced items valued at £40 or above. Contact us on our dedicated mobile phone number +44 (0) 7863 495848 or email us at email@example.com to indicate you would like to make a return. We will then either reimburse your postage costs or send you a free returns postage label to place on the outside of the package.
For sale items and items valued at less than £40, you will be responsible for the costs of returning items and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Packages can be returned using Royal Mail's 2nd class small parcel rate except for bulky items, often costing about £3 from most locations in the mainland UK. We also recommend you obtain a proof of posting receipt.
Your package should be addressed and returned to Wards Group Limited, 36 Devonshire Rd., Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex TN40 1BA.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a couple of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund you expected, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07863 495848. If we confirm that a refund has been processed, you will need to check your bank account or credit card company. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The delivery and return costs are refundable in these cases.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, but in a different size or colour, send us an email at email@example.com or call us on 07863 495848. You can obtain free returns postage if the value of the item is £40 or above, and the item is non-sale.
